home we called Harris for a quote on tile, carpet and hard wood refinishing. They showed up on time, they were professional and their

I am a home invester and I called Harris Carpet to give me an estimate on cleaning the carpet in one of my
properties, that was about three years ago and I haven't called anybody else for flooring since. Latrell came out personally to measure
the floors and he also followed me to another property that I was working on and he got both jobs. His estimates are very reasonable
and their work is always satisfactory. Harris Carpet has done every type of job for us pertaining to floors. I was only dissatisfied
once and Latrell quickly addressed my concern and promptly had it corrected. Everybody at Harris Carpet is always very helpful and
really easy to talk to. Mike and James are always willing to go the extra mile to get the job done. Latrell is always very helpful
and makes wonderful suggestions based on his experience and expertise. Latrell has gone above and beyond for us and we really appreciate

My name is Torris L. Dickerson and I would like to thank Harris Carpet for the water extraction job they performed
at my home last year. I had a water line break in my guest bathroom while I was away from home for several days. When I made the call
to Harris Carpet about the problem they arrived the same day and started the extraction process. They moved the furniture
from the wet areas to dry parts of the house and removed the wet carpet. They also did a fine job of removing the drywall, the wet
insulation and the boards so the area could be dried out with their equipment.
The complete job was to my satisfaction and
my insurance company. I would highly recommend Harris Carpet for water extraction from a home and would not hesitate to call them
again for their services.

I met Latrell Harris about 12 years ago through a business networking group. Latrell has always come through for my clients,
and I have had good reviews on his work. Recently I got to experience his customer service first hand. We had a water leak at our
house that was hidden under the furniture for quite sometime. The water had settled under our floors and warped about 5ft of flooring.
Latrell came out and dehumidiers and began the process of drying the floors. When it was determined that the damaged flooring would
have to be removed , Latrell's crew went to work! They removed the furniture, took up the bad flooring and resanded and finished the
floors. This was a long arduous process as the wood flooring in three rooms had to be refinished. My floors now look better than they
did when they were new. Now I know why my customers raved about Latrell!
